Botox injections can be completed in about 15 minutes. Unlike HA facial fillers that provide instant results, Botox does take a few days to begin relaxing the desired muscles. Most patients can see lines and wrinkles dissipate in less than a week, with results lasting about 3-4 months before the effects of the neurotoxin wear off. There is no downtime needed, with the most common side effects including slight swelling or bruising at the injection site.
